“You,” “User,” “Advertiser” refer to the individual or entity accessing or using the Website or Services.
“Website” means www.MyOnlineBillboard.com and any related domains or subdomains.
“Services” means all advertising, promotion, analytics, traffic validation, and related services provided by My Online Billboard®.
2) Assent & Acceptance By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
3) Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Campaign metrics (including impressions, clicks, and visits) are estimates only and are derived from programmatic ad placements, third-party ad networks, delivery sources, and traffic validation partners. Metrics are provided solely as directional indicators of campaign visibility and are not audited results . All metrics are estimates provided for visibility measurement only. We do not warrant that reported visits equate to consumer interest, intent, or conversions.No guarantees are made regarding leads, sales, conversions, or revenue outcomes. 6) Campaign Content You are fully responsible for any content you upload, provide, or request to be advertised. This responsibility applies whether advertising materials are supplied directly by you or prepared by My Online Billboard® on your behalf.
6.1 Advertiser Responsibility You warrant that all advertising content:
Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines (including but not limited to healthcare, legal, CBD/cannabis, alcohol, financial services, or other regulated industries). Does not make unsubstantiated or misleading claims. Does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. Regulated Content Notice: Advertisers in regulated industries (including but not limited to healthcare, financial services, legal, alcohol, cannabis, and CBD) are solely responsible for ensuring their content, business operations, and campaign participation comply with all applicable laws and regulations. My Online Billboard® does not provide legal advice and disclaims any liability arising from advertiser non-compliance.
6.2 Creative Provided by Advertiser If you submit your own creative assets (including text, images, audio, or video), you represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to use such materials. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that such content is accurate, lawful, and compliant with all advertising standards.
6.3 Creative Prepared by My Online Billboard® If you do not provide creative assets, you authorize My Online Billboard® to prepare standard advertising materials on your behalf. Such materials may be created from your publicly available information (including website content, logos, and business descriptions) or information you have supplied.
By participating in a campaign where we prepare creative, you agree that such materials are deemed approved by you. You remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and substantiation of all claims or representations made in advertising content. My Online Billboard® does not independently verify the accuracy of advertiser claims and disclaims any liability for misrepresentations. AI-Generated Content: Some advertising creatives may be partially or fully generated using artificial intelligence or automated design tools. Such content is provided “as is” for promotional purposes, and advertisers remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all advertising materials before and during campaign delivery.
6.4 License to Use Business Materials By using the Services, you grant My Online Billboard® a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your business name, logo, trademarks, and publicly available materials for the purpose of creating, delivering, and displaying advertising campaigns.
6.5 Platform & Policy Compliance You acknowledge that all advertisements are subject to the approval and policies of third-party ad networks and exchanges. My Online Billboard® is not responsible for rejections, restrictions, or removals by such networks. You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable platform rules, policies, and guidelines.
6.6 Right of Removal We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, suspend, or remove any campaign content at any time without liability, including where we reasonably believe the content violates laws, regulations, platform policies, or third-party rights.
6.7 Implied Authorization If you authorize a campaign to begin by replying affirmatively (e.g., replying “YES” to an email invitation) or by otherwise confirming participation without submitting specific advertising creative, you expressly authorize My Online Billboard® to create and launch advertising content on your behalf using your publicly available business information, logos, trademarks, and website content. Such authorization constitutes your full approval of the advertising materials. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, compliance, and substantiation of all claims or representations in such advertising content.
7) Fees & Payments All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All purchases are final and non-refundable. No credits, refunds, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused impressions, clicks, or campaign balances, regardless of campaign performance, early termination, or pause. Pricing may be changed at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of new pricing. Advertisers authorize us to dispute and reverse any attempted chargebacks. 8) Metrics & Reporting Campaign metrics may include impressions, clicks, and visits aggregated across multiple delivery sources, including programmatic ad placements, validation partners, and third-party platforms. Metrics are estimates based on industry-standard tracking tools and may differ from client-side analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, JetPack). Discrepancies between our reporting and third-party analytics do not entitle Advertisers to refunds, credits, or damages. Advertisers are encouraged to confirm campaign activity in their own analytics platforms. Reported results should be interpreted as directional visibility indicators only , not audited or certified outcomes. 8.1 Campaign Delivery and Distribution
Campaign delivery may include the use of programmatic advertising platforms, display networks, data exchanges, traffic validation partners, and other third-party delivery technologies . My Online Billboard® does not disclose, guarantee, or warrant specific publisher-level placements or inventory availability. Campaign distribution is dynamic and may change over time based on audience targeting, inventory conditions, bidding environments, and proprietary optimization processes.
8.2 Attribution and Analytics
As part of proprietary campaign delivery and optimization, traffic and engagement data may be attributed to MyOnlineBillboard.com or associated branded domains within analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Jetpack, or Squarespace Insights). This attribution consolidation is an industry-standard practice used to protect proprietary technology, ensure consistent reporting, and improve measurement accuracy.
The presence of My Online Billboard® or related domains as a referral source does not indicate that campaigns were not delivered across third-party websites or apps, nor does it reflect the full scope of distribution or visibility.
9) Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Services:
For unlawful purposes or in violation of any regulations. To advertise content that infringes rights, violates advertising standards, or makes unsubstantiated claims. To transmit malware, spam, or harmful code. To harass, defraud, mislead, or deceive others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
10) Third-Party Services The Services rely on third-party ad networks, analytics providers, and validation platforms. We are not responsible for errors, outages, policy changes, or limitations of any third-party service.
11) Force Majeure We shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, ad network restrictions, strikes, government actions, platform policy changes, or force majeure events.
12) Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Website, Services, and platform content (excluding your uploaded materials) belong to My Online Billboard®.
“My Online Billboard®” and “Make the Entire Internet Your Billboard®” are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
13) Disclaimers The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee specific advertising results, consumer actions, conversions, or ROI.
Traffic Composition Disclaimer: Campaign delivery may include a mix of human and automated interactions. While My Online Billboard® utilizes industry-standard validation technologies to optimize for authentic engagement, we do not guarantee that all reported visits, clicks, or impressions represent unique or manually generated user activity. Advertisers acknowledge that some activity may originate from automated systems, crawlers, or other non-human sources as part of broader delivery, testing, or validation processes.
14) Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Online Billboard® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability. 15) Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Online Billboard®, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Services. Your violation of this Agreement. Your advertising content’s illegality, non-compliance, or infringement of third-party rights. 16) Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or this Agreement at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
You may terminate by discontinuing use and closing your account. Sections that should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
17) Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

As part of this process, referral attribution in website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Jetpack, or Squarespace Insights) may identify MyOnlineBillboard.com or associated tracking domains as the referring source rather than the original publisher or placement.
This attribution method is an industry-standard practice designed to consolidate and validate campaign delivery data, while also protecting proprietary targeting, placement, and optimization strategies. The presence of MyOnlineBillboard.com or any associated domain in referral reports does not indicate a lack of delivery across third-party sites or apps, nor does it reflect the full breadth of distribution.
18) Dispute Resolution All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, conducted in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
19) Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
